Sandbag

Shed ballast to win the balloon race! Balloon and rocket cards in relation to placer numbers are shuffled and evenly dealt to all; then you exchange a card with both of your neighbors and display three cards, 2 as basket and 1 as sandbag underneath the basket, and then you reveal the basket which can only be utilized by other players. In three rounds you play tricks until all cards in hand and sandbags are played. Trump is the color that is most often present in baskets and can change within a round. If you lead, you can play a card from hand or your face-sown sandbag, all others play in turn with following suit; sandbags are played face-down, can be played anytime but do not win a trick; you may, following rules, swap a card before playing one with an open basket card of another player. At the end of the round, you score points for open ballon cards in your basket and for face-down ballon cards in tricks or basket and negative points equal to card value for each rocket card in tricks or basket. After three rounds you win with most points.
