Development of residential areas in USA in the 1950ties. One specification card #1, #2 and #3 is aid out, you have a marking sheet; for each round, the top card from three building card stacks is turned up and placed next to the stack – this creates three combinations, the backside of the stack provides a number, the turned-up card a possible action. You select one of the combinations; the number is the house number to be entered on your sheet - houses in a street must carry ascending numbers. The action of a combination can only be resolved if you could build the house; if not, you mark a strike symbol. Action options are surveyor, real estate agent, landscaper, pool manufacturer, temp agency or “Bis” for duplicating numbers. After action you score met specifications. After someone marked the third strike or has scored all three specification cards or filled all building slots, you add points for scored specifications, parks, pools, used temp work and complete estates according to real estate agents and deduct penalty points for bis and strikes-
