Ziggurat
Something is awakening in the Ziggurat – adventurers are on their way. Six chapters tell a story, and a chapter must be won before you can begin the next one. The game can only be won by all players together. Each chapter introduces new rules, new material, new cards, and more, and each chapter has its own goal. In chapter 1, the adventurers need to reach the top of the Ziggurat. A turn comprises the steps 1) play card to move first adventurers and then fire spirits, 2) discard card, and 3) draw new card. If someone cannot play a card, the game is lost. In later chapters objects enter the game, which you can use before each individua character movement. Special slots reached are resolved, for instance Fire Pit or Ramp in Chapter 1.
